We are looking for a System & Cloud Team Manager with strong technical expertise in cloud and system security, combined with strategic vision and proven managerial experience. This role requires the ability to lead a team, drive initiatives, and build a secure, scalable infrastructure across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the System & Cloud team, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment.
  • Define and execute cloud and system security strategies.
  • Oversee hybrid integrations (Azure, AWS) and ensure compliance with security best practices.
  • Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support identity, access, and governance frameworks.
  • Manage patching, PKI, and infrastructure hardening processes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of managerial experience in IT infrastructure or cloud environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of cloud system security and architecture.
  • Hands-on expertise in:
  • Windows Server / Linux
  • Active Directory + Group Policy
  • BigFix – OS patching
  • PKI (Public Key Infrastructure)
  • Automation tools (Ansible / BigFix / PowerShell)
  • Azure / AWS / Hybrid integration
