We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager who will also lead the sales force to join our Multiple Myeloma Business Unit.

As a Product Manager and team leader, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies and promoting our Multiple Myeloma portfolio while managing the sales force to excellence.
60% - Product manager
40% - Team Leader
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies for our MM portfolio, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives
2. Define and execute tactical marketing plans to drive product optimization and maintain our share of voice including creation of promotional materials, campaigns, newsletters etc.
3. Monitor and analyze product performance, market dynamics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and participation in the forecasting processes
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, and healthcare providers
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Market Access to ensure successful launches and life-cycle management
6. Develop and lead digital and hybrid projects while initiating creative solutions
7. Actively participate in international conferences, symposiums, and other scientific events
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards
9. Lead the sales force to excellence, coach and support their development and upscale their sales capabilities while ensuring that filed implementation is according to the approved strategies
