Position Overview

Renesas is currently seeking a seasoned and driven professional to join our esteemed Global Regional Sales team in the role of Staff Strategic Account Manager. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing strategic customer accounts on a global scale, formulating and implementing sales strategies, and propelling revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers within strategic customer accounts.
  • Diversify revenue streams by identifying and pursuing novel business opportunities within designated accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to outline and execute sales strategies aligned with customer needs and Renesas' corporate goals.
  • Lead contract negotiations and oversee the successful implementation of agreements.
  • Regularly update senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Act as a dependable consultant to customers, comprehending their business hurdles and proposing solutions leveraging Renesas' product array.
  • Travel to client premises and industry events as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is desirable.
  • Minimum of a decade of experience in semiconductor sales, with a focus on strategic account management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing global strategic accounts and meeting revenue objectives.
  • Thorough comprehension of semiconductor technologies and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in thriving within a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
