We are seeking an experienced Game Industry Advisor to join our client's team in Budapest, Hungary.

About the Role

As a Game Industry Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality solutions that meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. You should be fluent in both Hebrew and English, with a C1 level of English proficiency.

In this role, you will also be expected to:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries within established timelines
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of our client's products and services
  • Manage incoming correspondence as requested
  • Record all interactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date administrative records
  • Evaluate complex problems or inquiries and escalate them when necessary

In return for your expertise and dedication, you can expect a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of approximately 45,000 - 55,000 EUR per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive relocation assistance, training provided from day one, and a working week of 40 hours/week, Sunday-Thursday, from 09:00 to 17:30.
