About this role:

 Are you ready to take the lead in shaping game-changing products that make an impact?
We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive strategy, make bold decisions backed by data, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional results. This is a hands-on role for a seasoned product expert who thrives as an individual contributor while influencing others to achieve greatness. 


These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Define and execute product strategies that align with JET’s goals, using proven frameworks and data to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Collaborate Across Teams - work closely with Engineering, UX, BI, Market Leadership, and other product teams to ensure alignment, manage dependencies, and deliver seamless results.
  • Clearly articulate roadmaps, objectives, and priorities, bringing stakeholders along on the journey with compelling communication.
  • Identify the most important metrics, set ambitious OKRs, and track progress to ensure the team delivers high-impact outcomes.
  • Guide and inspire your peers and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment where ideas thrive.
  • Continuously improve Product Management practices, sharing insights and best practices to elevate the discipline across the organization.
  • ​Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in every aspect of product management while contributing to a strong product community at JET.


What will you bring to the table?

  • 5+ years experience of leading successful products in B2C or B2B technology/software industries, as a highly skilled individual contributor.
  • A visionary mindset with the ability to craft and execute bold, data-driven strategies.
  • Expertise in using frameworks to guide decision-making and address complex challenges.
  • A knack for diving into data, uncovering trends, and transforming them into actionable decisions.
  • Stellar storytelling skills to engage and align technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • A relentless drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences with measurable impact.
