The role of a Senior Customer Service Trainer is to assist in the development and delivery of training programs that enhance customer service skills across North America.
About This Position:
This on-site position requires a passionate professional who is committed to developing people's skills through engaging training sessions, mentoring, and performance assessments. As a liaison between the corporate training team and management, you will help identify departmental training needs and propose improvements to existing processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging development training sessions using various techniques.
- Mentor employees and report their performance progress to management.
- Assess department training needs and seek ways to improve processes and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison to the corporate training team.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in adult learning, corporate training, or a related area, or equivalent experience is required. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Additionally, experience with existing and emerging training methods and tools is essential.
