Customer Service Training Specialist
">We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning, corporate training, or a related field, with experience in designing and implementing effective training strategies. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging development training sessions using a variety of techniques, including classroom instruction, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises.
- Mentor employees and provide coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.
- Assess department training needs and develop plans to address gaps in training.
- Collaborate with management to develop learning solutions that meet the needs of our employees and support business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in adult learning, corporate training, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate training or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
