About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Database Publishing Specialist to join our eCommerce team. As a key player in organizing and presenting product information, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit and maintain catalog item data within our catalog management system.
  • Proof and validate content on the pages of our award-winning catalog.
  • Create web-related production such as HTML pages, price charts, and PDFs.
  • Assist in documenting work processes and providing training to team members.
  • Upload and import files, as well as generate reports periodically.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience with Adobe InDesign preferred.
  • Proficient with FileMaker, Microsoft Excel, and Access preferred.
  • Knowledge of relational databases a plus.
