NVIDIA's IC Test Labs seek a seasoned leader to oversee lab operations, manage teams and equipment, and collaborate with cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading lab teams and managing day-to-day operations
  • Collaborating with engineering and development teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Evaluating and implementing new technologies and equipment
  • Ensuring lab infrastructure stability and optimal utilization
  • Providing technical guidance and support to engineers and customers

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of managerial experience in a technical environment
  • 10+ years of practical experience as an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
  • Technical knowledge of ATE operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Experience defining and establishing engineering labs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Additional requirements include:

  • Results-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking
