Job Overview

The Database Publishing Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining and updating our extensive product catalog. This includes editing and formatting data, creating web-based content, and ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout.

  • Edit and maintain complex catalog item data within our proprietary system.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve data quality and accuracy.
  • Create engaging web content, including HTML pages, price charts, and PDFs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to document procedures and provide training.
  • Analyze data and generate regular reports to inform business decisions.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience with data management systems and Adobe InDesign.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with relational databases an asset.
