Product Quality Control Manager
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills. As a Product Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the company's high-quality standards by reviewing customer feedback, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements.

Key responsibilities of this role include reviewing customer feedback and product returns to identify trends and opportunities for growth, working closely with product managers, vendors, and warehouse teams to ensure products meet quality standards, and driving process improvements through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree, experience in warehouse, quality assurance, or vendor management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. You should also be able to lift at least 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment.
