Senior Verification Lead - AI Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior verification lead to join our team and drive the Cache verification program for cutting-edge AI products.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, analytical skills, and leadership experience in verification methodologies. The successful candidate will manage a team of verification engineers, develop and implement comprehensive verification plans and strategies, and oversee the maintenance of verification environments.

  • Lead a team of verification engineers and ensure the delivery of high-quality verification results.
  • Develop and implement verification strategies for complex hardware designs, aligning with industry best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers in the use of advanced verification tools and methodologies.
  • Analyze verification results, derive insights, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead a team of verification engineers and ensure the delivery of high-quality verification results.
  • Verification Strategy: Develop and implement verification strategies for complex hardware designs, aligning with industry best practices.
  • Tech Enablement: Mentor junior engineers in the use of advanced verification tools and methodologies.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze verification results, derive insights, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in VLSI chip verification engineering, with a focus on high-end SoCs and AI applications.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience in verification projects.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with SystemVerilog, UVM, and other verification tools.
