We are seeking an experienced Commercial Law Advisor to join our Legal team.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our commercial processes and supporting the growth of our business.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in commercial law, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on commercial matters, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation;
  • Work closely with stakeholders to support sales operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Assist with internal legal processes and documentation;
  • Support the development of policies and procedures related to commercial law;
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in commercial law, either at a law firm or in-house;
  • Strong understanding of commercial law principles and practices;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive;
  • Licensed to practice law in Israel;
