Law Firm Liaison

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our Operations team as a Legal Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with business and technology teams, contribute to the development of commercial processes, and expand your in-house legal experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting commercial and legal matters, advising on corporate requirements, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, and working closely with stakeholders to support sales operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing expert legal advice on commercial and corporate matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements (SaaS licensing agreements, services agreements, partner agreements)
• Collaborating with stakeholders to support sales operations and develop commercial processes
• Assisting with compliance and regulatory efforts, including providing advice on privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and AI regulation requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in commercial law, either at a law firm or in-house, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew. Strong interest in technology and business environments, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also essential.
