We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of innovative products that drive financial inclusion.

About the Role:

  • You will design, develop, and deploy scalable and performant systems that serve millions of customers worldwide.
  • Your expertise in building complex core business logic and flows will be crucial in delivering seamless user experiences.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

What You'll Do:

  1. BUILDING HIGH-PERFORMANCE SYSTEMS: Develop robust and efficient systems that meet the needs of millions of users.
  2. CORE BUSINESS LOGIC: Design and implement complex business logic and flows that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  3. TEAM COLLABORATION: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and drive business success.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in software development and delivery.
  • Deep knowledge of API standards, including REST, GraphQL, and gRPC.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, such as GCP.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
