Customer Experience Leader

• Collaborating with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in customer service or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective solutions
• A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work closely with other teams to achieve shared goals
