Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for enabling the deployment and maintenance of plans to align with project milestones and schedules, applying risk management processes, and working with systems and tools for the project.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to track progress of project milestones using different tools, and provide indicators and status to management. Additionally, they will be responsible for monitoring and managing internal and customer-related issues, promoting/answering customer queries, creating and delivering release documents per release to customer support teams, and overseeing and managing the team's hiring tracking.

Qualifications:
  • Student towards B.Sc or M.Sc in Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, or Business management.
  • A minimum of 4 semesters until graduation.
  • Available at least for 20 hours a week.
  • Excellent analytical skills, Power Point, and MS-Excel skills.
  • Proven analytical skills (planning/leading processes in a demanding environment).
  • Mature, independent, and self-motivated.
  • Willing to work on multiple tasks in parallel.
  • At least one year of project management or operational experience - an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, organized, good leadership skills.
  • MS-project, Jira - an advantage.
  • Excellent English level - written and spoken.
