Operational Excellence Manager

We're seeking a skilled Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for translating site and operations needs into effective work plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining integrative work plans to drive organizational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Leading site operations risk management by analyzing bottlenecks and critical paths.
  • Synchronizing work interfaces across multiple activities on site operations and services.
  • Creating comprehensive project status reports to provide visibility to management and clients for major projects.
  • Managing site operations indicators and data management, including KPIs, annual and quarterly work plans, and other key performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar position in large corporations.
  • Familiarity with Lean planning and control methodologies, Agile/Lean/Six Sigma.
  • Proficiency in planning and control tools, such as MS Project/Primavera.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, creativity, and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proven track record of overseeing complex projects and initiatives, driving organizational change.
  • Strong capacities in Microsoft, SAP, AI, and Business Administration tools.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
