Job Title: Global Operation Analyst

Global Operation Excellence seeks a skilled professional to oversee the execution of three major system projects. The ideal candidate will lead the business-side implementation of these projects, ensuring seamless operation and excellence across all aspects.

Main Responsibilities
  • ZCaptain (Line Planning System): The successful candidate will be responsible for learning and integrating into an ongoing system implementation, overseeing the completion and rollout of remaining modules.
  • New Vessel Application project: This role involves managing the full lifecycle from kick-off through delivery, with close collaboration with IT project managers.
  • New Port Operation System: The selected candidate will lead the discovery and design phase involving over 100 local offices, consolidating diverse business processes into a new unified system.

Requirements
  • An academic degree in Industrial Engineering is essential.
  • Strong project management skills with a high level of business orientation are mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in information systems project management is required.
  • Excellent analytical skills and fast learning abilities are crucial.
  • Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking) is necessary.
