Job Title: Cash Flow Management Specialist

**About the Role:**

The Cash Flow Management Specialist will play a vital role in overseeing and analyzing the company's cash flow, supporting liquidity planning, optimizing banking operations, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of treasury-related activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Monitor daily cash positions and assist in short-term cash flow forecasting
  • • Collaborate with subsidiaries and head office units, including risk analysis
  • • Monthly monitoring on agencies and regions' cash KPIs, including goal setting
  • • Develop solutions and action plans to problems and challenges, conduct risk assessments as needed
  • • Prepare long-term cash flow forecasts, considering multiple scenarios. Analyze and compare between versions, including ongoing communication with Budget division, Comptroller unit, Finance, and Banking departments
  • • Support monthly and quarterly treasury reporting and audit requirements, including preparation of presentations for management
  • Tools and Processes:
  • • Assist in managing relationships with financial institutions
  • • Assist in bank account management, including documentation and account opening/closing processes
  • • Daily monitoring of Statement platform to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the treasury function

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics or business management
  • Systems-oriented and high level of control in Office tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • 1-2 years of experience in treasury, finance, or banking (preferred)
  • High level of English language proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing). Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
  • SAP experience - an advantage
  • Knowledge of shipping industry and commercial activity - an advantage
