Job Title: Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical security of our facilities and assets.

• Security Compliance:
  • Determine job classification and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Conduct thorough background checks on new employees and those changing positions.
  • Implement effective security measures to protect company assets and prevent unauthorized access.
• Physical Security:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive security plans for our facilities in Israel (Haifa, Holon, Ashdod).
  • Evaluate and recommend security equipment and personnel to ensure optimal protection.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Integrity Issues:
  • Investigate and resolve incidents related to criminal activity, missing company property, or equipment.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies to facilitate cooperation and information sharing.
• Armaments:
  • Manage firearms inventory, licenses, and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with firearms regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Academic education required.
• Appointed by law committee membership.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Security Officer.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
