Key Engineering Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to join our team early and make a significant impact. As a key member, you will be responsible for building and leading our engineering function from the ground up.

  • Build and Lead: Establish the company's engineering function, including hiring a core team, defining technical strategy, and executing on the MVP roadmap.
  • Owning Vision: Own the company's engineering vision and execution, focusing on building the MVP and achieving product-market fit within 12-18 months.
  • Roadmap Development: Help build, deliver against, and design the company's product roadmap.
  • Customer Collaboration: Work closely with design partners and prospective customers to ensure the success of active engagement, synthesizing feedback to make needed changes and improvements to the product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Develop innovative products that leverage data engineering, data pipelines, and MLOps.
  • Team Leadership: Manage high-performing engineering teams and deliver in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Infrastructure Management: Experience with scalable infrastructure and public clouds (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Data Ingest and Analytics: Build products that revolve around data ingest and analytics.
  • DevOps Practices: Implement and manage DevOps practices and CI/CD architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fraud Prevention: Experience in fraud prevention/detection, security, or data-driven risk systems.
  • Early-Stage Experience: Early-stage experience is highly desirable.
