About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead our quality function across engineering. As the champion of quality, you will drive efforts to deliver robust, reliable, and high-performance products.

This leadership position requires strong technical acumen, data-driven thinking, and people management skills.

You will oversee quality assurance engineers, define quality standards, and track production incidents and bugs.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Leadership - Define the company-wide quality vision, strategy, and standards.

QA Management - Lead manual and automation QA engineers. Plan and execute test plans for releases.

Quality Data Ownership - Own quality-related data sources including production incidents, client complaints, and bug tracking metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to integrate quality into development lifecycle.

Job Requirements

3+ years in test automation or software development with leadership experience.

Proven experience managing QA efforts across multiple projects.

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
