About This Role

This key position offers a chance to utilize your technical expertise in testing and quality practices to drive success in a fast-paced environment. Your extensive knowledge will enable you to deliver high-quality reports, meeting strict timelines and protocols. Documenting issues and monitoring resolutions is also an integral part of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and participate in review and testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of assigned systems.
  • Review project test and implementation schedules, monitor, document, and report the current status of projects.
  • Participate in review of project deliverables.
  • Create detailed test plans, test cases, and data for project testing.
  • Perform automated and manual testing and validate results to confirm adherence and conformance to installation standards and methodologies.
  • Document problems and monitor resolutions.

You will be required to retain documentation necessary to plan for future assigned testing, adhere to and enforce consistent company and department testing standards and procedures, coordinate and interact across multiple departments, identify and document process improvements, and have adaptability to change with short notice.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and formal education. Technical knowledge of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques usually acquired through one to three years of experience is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, direct supervision, and some guidance on more complex projects are also desired.

Corporate Security Responsibility

  • Abide by Mastercard security policies and practices;
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;
  • Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and
  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard guidelines.
