Job Title: Brand and Customer Manager

As a Brand and Customer Manager, you will be responsible for leading the comprehensive preparation of local markets and operational frameworks in anticipation of entering new therapeutic areas.

This role involves developing work plans prior to product launches and launches, leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, and fostering an innovative mindset to overcome challenges and achieve launch excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading market preparation processes and the actual launch of products, focusing on vaccines in the short term. This role encompasses not only the preparation for the launch but also the management of pre-launch activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation and Leadership of Forecasts: Collaborate with colleagues from local, regional, and global management to emphasize the importance of preparing and leading forecasts.
  2. Develop and implement strategic work plans for product launches, including in-depth market analysis, identifying and leveraging market opportunities.
  3. Strong and ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the year, including Access, Medical, and Regulatory departments.
  4. Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) on a national and global scale.
  5. Facilitate strategic collaborations with global teams.
  6. Engage in key stakeholder management and build strong relationships within the healthcare system.
  7. Marketing Plan Development: Create marketing strategies to promote products, including market analysis, identifying target audiences, and generating marketing content.
  8. Map the market across all relevant dimensions, including patient journeys, competition, and marketing messages.
  9. Work with flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and agile environment.
  10. Monitor and analyze product performance and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
  11. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  1. Depth of Knowledge and Scientific Understanding: A high level of scientific understanding is required, with the ability to shape the ecosystem and lead significant changes in therapeutic paradigms across various fields.
  2. Experience in product management and product launches.
  3. Proven ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
  4. Strong strategic vision and analytical skills.
  5. High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  6. Experience in driving strategic collaborations within the healthcare system.
  7. Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  8. Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and organizational needs.

  11. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
