Branch Operations Supervisor

This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to lead a high-performing team and contribute to the success of our financial institution. As a Branch Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the branch, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing and motivating a team of tellers, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and developing plans to address any challenges that may arise.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers. Previous experience as a teller and at least 3-5 years of supervisory experience are essential. You should also be able to communicate effectively, think critically, and make sound decisions under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management:
    • Supervise and motivate a team of tellers to achieve outstanding results.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
    • Collaborate with management to establish and maintain operational goals and objectives.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Monitor and analyze sales tracking data to optimize branch performance.
    • Identify and address any bottlenecks or inefficiencies in branch operations.
    • Maintain accurate records and perform regular audits to prevent errors.
  • Customer Service:
    • Welcome and serve customers in the lobby or drive-up area.
    • Demonstrate a proactive approach to solving operational issues and making approvals/exceptions as needed.
    • Recognize potential fraud and report it to management promptly.
