Job Title: Document Design Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Document Design Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing document design processes for our clients. This involves communicating with clients to understand their needs, breaking down those needs into work plans, and designing documents that meet their requirements.

You will use our advanced document generation tools to create templates and instruct clients on how to use them effectively. Additionally, you will interact with clients from around the world and provide guidance and support as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in MS Word and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and Hebrew is also required.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Experience with Salesforce and graphic design is an advantage but not necessary.
