About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating various content types, including videos, news, and social media profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Moderate and review content according to established policies and guidelines.
  • Apply content policies accurately across all digital formats.
  • Participate in wellness programs and ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Escalate cases that require further assistance or impact performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (C1) and Hebrew (C1) with excellent grammar and communication.
  • Cultural awareness of social and political contexts in Israel and Hebrew-speaking regions.
  • Strong communication skills and a highly empathetic approach.
  • Nice-to-have: recent experience in BPO, contact center, or content moderation.
