Key Responsibilities:

• Moderate and review various content types, such as videos, news, and social media profiles.
• Score and categorize content on criteria like age-appropriateness, policy adherence, and brand guidelines.
• Apply content policies accurately across all digital formats.
• Actively participate in wellness programs and ongoing training.
• Escalate cases that require further assistance or impact performance metrics.
• Uphold security and confidentiality protocols.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (C1) and Hebrew (C1) with excellent grammar and communication.
• Cultural Awareness: A deep understanding of social and political contexts in Israel and Hebrew-speaking regions.
• Empathy & Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a highly empathetic approach.
• Nice-to-Have: Recent experience in BPO, contact center, or content moderation within the last year.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
