Software Development Team Lead Job DescriptionAir Defense Command and Control System Developer WantedWe are seeking a skilled Software Development Team Lead to guide the development of a next-generation Air Defense Command and Control System. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary software team in designing, developing, and delivering a modular, real-time geospatial C2 system.Job Responsibilities
  • Lead system design involving track fusion, multi-sensor integration, and operator interfaces.
  • Manage the software development lifecycle: requirements breakdown, architecture definition, sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and deployment.
  • Coordinate efforts across frontend (React/Cesium), backend (C++/DDS), and integration/QA teams.
  • Serve as the technical authority for internal stakeholders, system engineers, and business managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
  • Strong coding background in C++, with experience in Command & Control systems.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend stacks (e.g., React, CesiumJS, WebSocket integration).
  • Experience with Windows, real-time Linux, containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD practices.
