Revenue Operations Manager

Cybersecurity companies are focused on securing remote access for organizations operating in critical and sensitive environments. We're building a team of driven individuals who are passionate about learning, collaborating, and creating real impact.

This role blends revenue operations, sales compensation, and finance operations, playing a key part in aligning cross-functional teams, driving operational efficiency, and enabling data-informed decision-making across the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering and enhancing Salesforce to ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, automation, and alignment across GTM teams.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track and analyze pipeline health, conversion metrics, sales velocity, churn, and key SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, etc.) to drive insights and improvements.
  • Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Identifying bottlenecks in the revenue lifecycle and implementing scalable, automated solutions to improve conversion and efficiency.
  • Defining, documenting, and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices across revenue teams to support performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or Sales Operations roles (preferably in SaaS or B2B environments).

They should have a deep understanding of Salesforce (admin-level experience preferred), as well as tools such as Looker, Tableau, or other BI/CRM systems.

A strong analytical and problem-solving skillset is required, along with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across departments.

Accountability, ownership, and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or Sales Operations roles (preferably in SaaS or B2B environments)
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce (admin-level experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in managing commissions, forecasting, and GTM operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across departments
  • High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
