Customer Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing them with expert advice and guidance on their financial needs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to our customers.
  • Operating a teller drawer, opening accounts, performing account maintenance, and assisting customers with digital products.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Intermediate computer skills, with experience using financial software and systems.

In addition, we offer competitive pay and eligibility to earn an annual bonus. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $21.00-$28.00, but actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as your qualifications, skills, and experience.
