We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our product team and contribute to the development of high-quality product documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain web-based customer-facing documentation.
Develop in-depth knowledge of our software product capabilities and solutions.
Analyze customer needs and produce clear, concise, and accurate software documentation.
Apply style guides, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience documenting software products, APIs, and UI in a global B2B company.
Exceptional analytical and written communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and independently, grasp complex technical concepts, and translate them into plain English.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Familiarity with Confluence, Paligo, Readme, SharePoint, Office, Adobe Acrobat, Jira, XML, markdown, JavaScript, and graphics tools.
Native English speaker.
