Senior Documentation Specialist

Job Opportunity: Technical Writer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our product team and contribute to the development of our product documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and solution architects to create and maintain web-based customer-facing documentation.
• Develop expertise in various product domains and solutions.
• Produce high-quality, clear, concise, and accurate software documentation from a customer perspective.
• Apply style guides, templates, procedures, standards, and best practices, and contribute to their improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience documenting software products, Rest API, SDK, and UI in a global B2B company.
• Exceptional analytical and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and independently, grasp complex technical concepts, and translate them into plain English.
• Skilled in handling multiple priorities quickly and accurately with attention to detail.
• Experience with Confluence, Paligo, Readme, SharePoint, Office, Adobe Acrobat, Jira, XML, markdown, JavaScript, and graphics tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and organization.
• Familiarity with eCommerce concepts is a plus.
• Native English speaker.
