At HR4ALL, we are seeking a skilled Software Documentation Specialist to create high-quality documentation for our software products.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience documenting software products, Rest API, SDK, and UI in a global B2B company.

Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, developers, QA, and solution architects to create and maintain web-based customer-facing documentation.

The successful candidate will be able to analyze and understand material from the customer's perspective, producing clear, concise, and accurate software documentation.

Key requirements include exceptional analytical and written communication skills, ability to learn quickly and independently, and experience with Confluence, Paligo, Readme, SharePoint, Office, Adobe Acrobat, Jira, XML, markdown, JavaScript, and graphics tools.

We are looking for a strong team player with a positive attitude, high sense of ownership, accountability, and organization.

Familiarity with eCommerce concepts is a plus, and native English speakers are preferred.
