We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to join our team as Vice President of Marketing. In this critical role, you will play a key part in driving Pango's growth and brand development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor and scale an in-house marketing team with specialists in digital marketing, brand management, content creation, marketing automation and social media.
  • Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives and achievement of defined goals.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value and others to measure business impact.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta and TikTok.
  • Nurture relationships with external partners including creative agencies, media buyers, PR firms, influencers and production vendors.
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing initiatives including automation, segmentation and personalized event-driven campaigns in collaboration with data and product teams.
  • Drive social media strategy and community engagement by responding to trends, managing influencers and owning the company's visual identity and tone of voice across social platforms.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives related to subscriptions, loyalty programs and customer value growth.
  • Partner with internal teams including sales, product, technology and finance to ensure effective execution and delivery.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing including at least 5 years in leadership roles preferably within B2C tech companies and large-scale consumer apps.
  • A proven track record of building and leading successful consumer brands in the Israeli market.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategies while managing significant budgets.
  • Hands-on expertise in digital advertising, media buying, analytics and marketing automation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, mentor and scale high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills with external agencies, media buyers and creative partners.
  • Creative and data-driven mindset with a focus on experimentation and insight-based decision-making.
  • Excellent strategic thinking able to simplify complex challenges communicate clearly and make smart data-driven decisions.
  • Relevant academic degree in marketing communications or a related field.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English both written and spoken.
