We are a dynamic medical device start-up focused on innovative technology for patient monitoring. Our company, Outreach Recruitment Agency, is seeking a versatile Customer Complaint & Sales/Marketing Administrator to manage customer complaints and support sales and marketing efforts to boost business performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- We oversee sales orders, coordinating with finance and logistics for order processing and delivery.
- We assist in creating and managing marketing campaigns to promote our products.
- We update our CRM with current information to ensure accurate data.
- We help develop and distribute marketing materials such as brochures and social media content to engage with customers.
- We work with various departments to ensure unified efforts in sales and marketing.
- We handle service calls, assist users, and manage tickets in the service management system to resolve issues promptly.
- We work with Operations, R&D, QA, and RA to resolve complaints and improve product performance.
- We ensure the complaint process adheres to policies and regulations to maintain high standards.
- We maintain professional communication with customers during issue resolution to build trust.
- We keep accurate complaint records and provide reports to management to track progress.
- We analyze complaint data for trends and improvements to product performance to drive growth.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business.
- Experience in marketing, customer support, or QA within the medical devices industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Proficiency with complaint management systems and CRM/marketing tools to streamline processes.
- Understanding of medical device regulatory standards such as FDA and ISO to ensure compliance.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing to drive business growth.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and Priority is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, to attract top talent and drive success.
