Job Title: Dynamics 365 CE Senior Analyst Programmer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Senior Analyst Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical solutions and designing sustainable client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside Solution and Technical Architects to create high-quality design and project documentation.
• Implement technical solutions for customer requirements in D365CE.
• Ensure all design/technical documentation is up-to-date during the development process.
• Develop components outside of the core D365CE platform but within the wider Microsoft stack.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams.
• Deliver development work as per Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) Project Methodology, ensuring software applications are implemented successfully on time and on budget.
• Be an active member of technical and design working groups.
• Adhere to best practice and technical standards during all development.
• Manage code properly, including source control, unit-testing, and code reviews.
• Work with Technical Architects to implement automated builds and release strategies.
• Communicate progress updates to relevant parties.
• Identify risks and issues early and raise them through governance channels.

Requirements:

• University graduate with a degree in computing or business.
• MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT CERTIFICATION.
• More than 5 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement/Customer Relationship Management Online and/or .Net Technology Stack.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience designing and developing D365CE extensions such as plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript, as well as application security, HTML, actions, and APIs.
• Good understanding of best practices for .Net Development, including code management, unit testing methodologies, and build processes.
• Experience in D365CE Configuration, Customization, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and standard reports development is required.
• Knowledge and understanding of all CRM functional areas, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.
• Understanding of the Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Dataverse, including customizing or extending them for different solutions.
• Thorough understanding and experience working on Power Platform, especially Power Apps & Power Automate.
• Integration Development using supporting Microsoft technologies like Common Data Service, Flow, Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus.
• Experience in setting up and using Azure DevOps for source control.
• Experience in configuring and using Azure DevOps build and release pipelines.
• Microsoft Power BI development.
• Microsoft Power Apps development in-line with D365CE data structures.
• HTML5 Development in line with D365CE.
• Technical knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server, Reporting Services (SSRS), Integration Services, and Analysis Services.
• Migration experience in-line with D365CE, including best practices around speed and efficiency.
• Experience in using third-party tools for D365CE integration and migrations.
• Experience and knowledge of D365CE Accelerators, industry templates, and add-ons, as well as ISV solutions and products commonly used in D365CE projects.
• Experience working with off/near-shore teams.
• Proven track record of successful implementation of multiple D365CE technological solutions within enterprise companies.
• Experience in delivery-oriented IT environments, using waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Technical project documentation experience, especially for work packages to be implemented by offshore teams.
