Job Description

A Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for leading architectural discussions and decisions, mentoring junior developers, and driving internal process improvements. They will collaborate with software developers, coach and motivate team members, and mitigate impediments affecting the team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in development, proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, algorithms, and data structures. They will also be experienced in asynchronous programming, software development lifecycles, and cloud-based services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on experience in the IT sector.
  • Proficient in OOP concepts, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Experience in asynchronous programming, software development lifecycles, and cloud-based services.
  • Knowledge of containerization, DevOps, and document-based databases.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
