Design System Designer Role

We are seeking an experienced Design System Designer to play a key role in shaping our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all our products.

  • You will contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our design system.
  • Collaborate with product designers to identify new components and patterns needed for product development.
  • Work with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of design system components.
  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation for design system assets, including usage guidelines, accessibility considerations, and best practices.
  • Conduct audits of existing products to identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement within the design system.
  • Champion the adoption and understanding of the design system across the organization.
  • Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working as a Product Designer or Design System Designer.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining design systems for complex digital products.
  • Master of Figma.
  • Experience with AI tools and integrations with Figma.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and user interface best practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
