Business Development Manager (BDM) for Auto Electronics

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team at Founder Consulting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase auto electronics sales, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing the market and competitive environment.

Finding and attracting new customers, maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, conducting negotiations, presentations and product demonstrations, preparing commercial proposals, and concluding contracts are also key aspects of this role.

In addition, the BDM will participate in exhibitions, conferences and other events to promote products, interact with logistics, marketing and technical support departments to ensure a high level of customer service, and analyze the market and competitive environment.

To succeed in this position, you will need excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently and make decisions, and English language skills at least at Upper-Intermediate level. A higher education in business, marketing or technical sciences is also required.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in auto electronics sales or a related field is necessary, as well as knowledge of the auto electronics market and key players.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 per year, depending on the location and individual performance.
