About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Data Publishing Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in organizing and presenting product information across multiple platforms.

This ensures a seamless customer shopping experience. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will make you a valuable asset to our team.

  • Edit and maintain catalog item data within our catalog management system.
  • Proof and validate content on the pages of our award-winning catalog.
  • Create web-related production such as HTML pages, price charts, PDFs, etc.
  • Assist in documenting work processes and providing training to team members.
  • Upload and import files as well as generate reports periodically.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience with Adobe InDesign preferred.
  • Proficient with FileMaker, Microsoft Excel, and Access preferred.
  • Knowledge of relational databases a plus.
