Chief Financial Officer Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our finance team as a Controller. This role offers significant professional challenges and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Statement Preparation: Preparation of consolidated and individual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Israeli Securities Authority regulations.
• Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reporting: Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Tax Preparation: Preparation and filing of corporate tax reports.
• Financial Guidance: Support other departments with financial guidance and data.
• Accounting Projects: Assist the CFO in accounting and financial-related projects.
• ERP Implementation: Participation in the implementation of a new ERP system, including revenue centers, billing, and vendor management across the group and acquired entities.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulations.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• CPA License: Mandatory.
• Experience in Audit or Financial Reporting: At least 1 year of post-articles experience in audit or preparation of financial reports under IFRS – Mandatory.
• IFRS Financial Reporting Experience: Hands-on experience in IFRS financial reporting and reporting to the Israeli Securities Authority – Mandatory.
• Tax Preparation Experience: Proven experience in tax preparation – Mandatory.
• Priority ERP Familiarity: Familiarity with Priority ERP – Advantage.
• Big 5 Accounting Firms Internship: Internship in one of the Big 5 accounting firms – Advantage.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: High attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving mindset.
• Team Player: Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
