Documentation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Documentation Specialist to join our product team at HR4ALL and contribute to the development of high-quality product documentation.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and QA engineers, to create and maintain web-based customer-facing documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clear, concise, and accurate documentation for our software products, including Rest API, SDK, and UI components.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand product capabilities and requirements.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage patterns to identify areas for improvement in our documentation.
• Apply style guides, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality in our documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 5 years of experience documenting software products in a global B2B company.
• Exceptional analytical and written communication skills.
• The ability to learn quickly and independently, grasp complex technical concepts, and translate them into plain English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Paligo, Readme, SharePoint, Office, Adobe Acrobat, Jira, XML, markdown, JavaScript, and graphics tools.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and market trends.
