Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as the primary point of contact for our enterprise customers. This role will be responsible for guiding customers through their journey, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of our platform.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. They will also have a strong understanding of data workflows, integrations, AI and ML concepts, and the ability to drive product adoption and customer growth.

This is a strategic role that requires a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.


Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in B2B SaaS, data/AI/analytics startups
  • Strong technical aptitude - ability to understand data workflows, integrations, AI and ML concepts
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven track record of driving product adoption and customer growth
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
