
Financial Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Financial Administrator to join our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Director of Finance and play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations in a fast-paced, international business environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate management of all financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proven ability to manage financial functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle Accounting: Oversee the company's day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, credit cards, expense/travel reports, and journal entries.
- Financial Reporting: Support in monthly closings and preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Accounts Payable: Manage the accounts payable activity and balances, including creation of new vendors, recording vendor invoices, maintaining approval flow, and communication with vendors.
- Bank Transactions and Payments Management: Oversee and process all bank transactions, including payments for payroll, accounts payable, and institutions/authorities, while monitoring bank balances and operational efficiency.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports to the relevant authorities, while ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Participate in various projects and provide financial analysis as required.
- A certified accountant (e.g., Level 1+2) – mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience – mandatory
- Experience working in a global business – mandatory
- English – Fluent / Native-level / Near-native proficiency
- Experience in working with accounting software – advantageous
- Advanced level of Excel skills
- Hybrid working model – 4 times a week from the office
