We are seeking a skilled Teller Supervisor to join our team and lead the way in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business goals.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising teller staff, operating a teller drawer, recognizing potential cross-sell opportunities, and taking a proactive approach to solving operational issues.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a financial institution, and possess excellent customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise teller staff and ensure compliance with department, bank, and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Operate a teller drawer to serve customers in lobby or drive-up and recognize potential cross-sell opportunities.
  • Take a proactive approach to solving operational issues and make approvals/exceptions to policy as needed.
  • Recognize and report potential fraud to management.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a financial institution, and possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
