Banking Team Lead

As a seasoned banking professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of tellers and ensuring the smooth operation of all branch functions.
About the RoleThis leadership position requires strong organizational and communication skills to motivate staff and effectively delegate duties among the teller team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a financial institution, and possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise teller staff and ensure compliance with department, bank, and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Operate a teller drawer to serve customers in lobby or drive-up and recognize potential cross-sell opportunities.
- Take a proactive approach to solving operational issues and make approvals/exceptions to policy as needed.
- Recognize and report potential fraud to management.
