About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, focusing on preventive measures, evidence-based treatments, and individualized patient needs.
  • Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless patient care coordination and efficient management of patient panels.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to promote trust, understanding, and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in primary care medicine.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, quality, and safety within the healthcare team, actively participating in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty.
  • Current State Medical License (or ability to obtain one) for the state(s) where you'll be practicing.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty (Board Eligibility is acceptable).
  • Active DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within the first 90 days of employment.
