Primary Care Physician Leader

We're seeking an exceptional Primary Care Physician to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with a dynamic group of healthcare professionals.
About the Role
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses, focusing on preventive measures and evidence-based treatments.
- Work closely with care teams to ensure seamless patient care coordination and efficient management of patient panels.
- Cultivate strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers to promote trust, understanding, and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in primary care medicine.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Promote a culture of excellence, quality, and safety within the healthcare team, actively participating in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty.
- Current State Medical License (or ability to obtain one) for the state(s) where you'll be practicing.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty (Board Eligibility is acceptable).
- Active DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within the first 90 days of employment.
